How to Schedule a Consult

New Patient Visit Options: 

1. 30minute Health and Wellness Visit ($125)

Health and Wellness Visits are screening consults similar to an annual physical but include more comprehensive labs work, individualized nutrition plans and lifestyle recommendations from the perspective of optimizing health.

​

2. 60minute Comprehensive New Patient Visits ($220) 

Comprehensive Visits are design to review, discuss and thoroughly address medical concerns including new symptoms or previous diagnosed conditions. 

​

3. 90minute Complex Disease New Patient Visits ($300)

Complex Disease Visits are 90 minutes to allow for a deep and thorough evaluation of multiple or significant medical conditions. This visit is recommended for those that are having trouble finding answers to their complex medical symptoms.

​

4. 120minute Oncology New Patient Visits ($400)

All Oncology Visits with Dr. Varano are a minimum of 2 hours to allow for appropriate evaluation and diagnostics.

​

Follow up visits:

Frequency and duration of follow ups are unique to each case. ($55/15mins)

​

Cancellation Policy:

We request that any cancellation or rescheduling be made at least 48 business hours in advance for all NEW PATIENT appointments, and at least 24 business hours in advance of your FOLLOW-UP appointments.

Pricing &
Insurance

Consults

A credit card is requested to hold all new patient appointments. No charge will be made until after the time of the appointment.

​

  • Roots is not directly contracted with insurance providers.

  • Insurance codes will be offered at all patient visits.

  • Patients can submit insurance codes for reimbursement.

 

Lab Testing

Often covered by insurance plan depending on testing and insurance plan.

Specialty Diagnostics

Often partially covered by insurance depending on testing and insurance plan.

​

Supplements and Therapies

Not covered by insurance (some exceptions apply).
